Oct. 28th, 2007 02:29 pmI have these ceiling fans with lights that are controlled by remote control. So when I lose electricity and then it comes back all those remote controlled lights come on.
I was woken up at three this morning by my bedroom light. I was so sleep addled I didn't know what I was doing. I figured out the electricity had gone out at some time during the night because my alarm clock was flashing. I didn't know what time it was though and I didn't want to get up to look at my watch, but I needed to set the alarm for the morning.
At first I just set the clock so it wouldn't blink at me and then I tried turning off my bedside lamp, but that wasn't turning off the light in my room. (still sleep addled) I realized I had to get out of bed to turn that light off so I grabbed my watch since I was up.
I got back into bed and tried to figure out how to set my digital clock radio using a watch with hands. Digital is so much easier to understand at three in the morning. ;p
Happy Birthday,
