It was in the previously for the premiere but I remember it from last season...maybe it was in the German version, sometimes the versions are differently cut for the commercial breaks...
You might be right that we didn't get that over here. I recently read that the new show White Collar that I watch had a scene that aired in the pilot over seas but didn't air here in the US. Although in that case the scene shouldn't have been in there because it contradicts what is shown in a later episode. They probably filmed it and later changed their minds how they were going to do it so cut it out of the pilot but it somehow ended up in the final cut for the over seas airings.
